Rock Penstemon ‘Diablo’

This shrubby Texas native forms small clumps of dark green, succulent foliage. Vibrant rose-red flowers are produced in short spikes on the branch tips from late spring through summer. Rock Penstemon requires extremely well-drained soils to perform well in the landscape. In Las Vegas on the higher elevations it will do great in full sun. If your in the lower hotter parts of the valley or Laughlin it will benefit from some afternoon shade. Rock Penstemon is well suited for containers and landscape plantings alike.
